Shipping & Delivery

At present, Kintaro DIY ships only within India. We are working towards expanding our availability internationally in the future.
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels used during checkout.

Refunds, Replacements & Missing Parts
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damage. Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details. We will investigate and arrange a replacement where applicable.

Kintaro DIY follows a Replacement-First Policy. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations where a replacement is not feasible or cannot reasonably be provided.
Opened, assembled, partially assembled, modified, or used kits generally cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, missing components, or fulfillment error.
Safety & Product Usage
Our kits are designed with safety in mind and are tested for their intended age groups. However, adult supervision is recommended for younger children and for activities involving small parts, tools, electronics, or assembly processes.
