1. About Kintaro DIY
Kintaro DIY is a STEM-focused educational brand created to encourage curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on learning among children. Our products may include DIY kits, STEM kits, Robotics kits, engineering models, activity-based learning tools, educational toys, project guides, and other learning resources.
Our products and content are intended to support experiential learning. They are not a substitute for formal education, professional instruction, or responsible for adult supervision where required.
2. Eligibility and Use of the Platform
By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age or are using the platform under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. While we aim to provide useful and age-appropriate learning experiences, we do not guarantee any specific academic outcomes, examination results, skill development, certification, or learning achievement.
Learning outcomes may vary from child to child based on age, interest, participation, prior knowledge, guidance, and learning environment.

All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, and other charges, which will be shown during checkout wherever applicable.
Placing an order on the platform constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. Kintaro DIY reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or any other reasonable cause.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Kintaro DIY does not store complete payment card information. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by logistics delays, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and ownership of the product shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase.
10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
